 Inspections

Whether you're looking to purchase a new home, property, or your dream home was just built and you would like additional peace of mind, we offer extensive inspection services. Our inspections involve our team going over every aspect of the property from the plumbing, heating, and electrical to the structure, envelope and finishes to ensure you are fully aware of the condition.  A fully detailed report with photo documentation noting the existing conditions and recommended repairs if required, will be provided upon completion of the inspection.

Disclaimer: Although we are also a general contractor, California Business and Professions Code (BPC) § 7197 prohibits any inspectors from performing repairs on a property they've inspected within 12 months, therefore we would not be able to perform any repairs to your property after inspections.
